• Worked closely with NEC as a main Vender and Sale Partners to create Proposals for its products & services and Present it to the customer (Blade Systems, Storage Systems, VDI Solutions, DR Solutions and etc…)

• Prepare Technical & Financial Proposals with Visio Diagrams (NEC, Cisco and etc...).

• Working closely with Microsoft, Cisco, Sonic Wall, Symantec Backup Exec, UPS (Eaton, APC), HP and Dell

• Receive RFQ/RFP from the Customer/ Sales Department, analysis it and then prepare the best solution which will be suitable for the client, Attaching with the Proposal drawing which will explain in details the Core of the proposal and will add more value

• Runs projects from Initiation to design, Installation and execution

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations

• Defines resources and schedule for project implementation.

• Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.

• Manage the open tickets between Najtech and COE, Track the tickets until our Engineers close the case and solve the issues successfully.

• Coordinate with the logistic department for replacement and spare part availability
