• Conduct detailed ROI, feasibility, and payback studies for new developments and investment-led
projects.
• Structure BOM and long-term O&M concession models, securing guaranteed revenue streams over
up to 10 years.
• Monitor contract renewals, compliance, and commercial risk exposure across 500+ customers.
