Job duties and responsibilities:

-Reporting to Managing director.

-To manage the financial control framework that must be followed by the Company and all subsidiary business areas, and to take responsibility for all financial information provided internally and externally.

- planning sources of finance and, to give guidance on, and approval to, the interpretation of accounting standards and policies.

-Establish effective working relationships with banks, financial and credit institutions to pursue and negotiate the securing of the company’s planned financial needs including short and long term debt through the available various resources such as conventional credit, debt capital markets, equity markets and financial derivative markets in order to limit and cover the company’s exposure to underlying liabilities and assets.

-Monitoring Overdraft accounts, guarantee, foreign exchange and other financial facilities at the most competitive rates for the Company’s cost benefit.

-Ensure proper credit lines are available to the company in order to meet its financial obligations.

-Establish systems and controls for receipt and disbursements of funds and forecasting short and mid term requirements to ensure disbursements in line with policies and procedures.

-Develop and monitor all internal controls to ensure the company’s assets are safeguarded, financial risks are minimized and all statutory requirements are met.

-Review all internal controls through external audits and monitor the financial effectiveness of internal systems.

-Direct the preparation of financial accounts, detailed budgets and financial plans on a composite and unitary basis for approval and distribute to all departments to ensure all department heads are aware of their budgets.

-Review and compare results with approved budget levels and analyze deviations. Investigate variances with managers and recommend remedial action.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Group's Financial Manager.
- Supervising daily transactions of current accounting procedures.
- Supervising all banks accounts and making good relations with them.
- Monitoring Collection Department and following up the daily collectors receipts. and sending the monthly statements of accounts to customers for preparing their payments.
- Monitoring the internal currents accounts in between the head office and branches.
- Preparing the monthly financial reports and making of necessary adjustments.
- Insuring the sufficient fund for working operation and proposed investments.
- Ensuring a proper And scheduled payments for the local and foreign Suppliers
- Year end closing and financial reports presentation .
- Approving and signing of all cash payments and cheque payments.
- Monitoring of all petty cash payments
- Dealing with the external auditors for reviewing and approving of the year end closing financial reports
- Preparing of the budget and defining the deviations and analyzing them.
- Holding weekly meeting with the Managing Director and Sales Manager and Production Manager to review and set the plan for sale and production and collection through out the week.
- Preparing of al salesmen commissions for the year and ensuring proper payment according to collection.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Reporting to Finance manager.
- supervising daily transactions and directing of expenses.
- Supervising the Rental Division for all its daily accounting and invoicing and cash receipts and petty cash expenses. and controlling the rental division debtors and maintaining proper collection plans for the fleet customers.
- Preparing of collectors monthly commissions and payments
- Monitoring of car installments customers payments collection and supervising collectors activities and plans.
- Preparing of monthly payroll for of company's employees
- Preparing of monthly closing reports through the accounting systems and necessary adjustments.
