Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers to drive the strategic direction of data initiatives.
- Design and implement cutting-edge data models and algorithms to analyze diverse datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across multiple data sources and platforms, leveraging advanced tools in Informatica and other leading technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and business units, to align data science projects with organizational goals.
- Spearhead the development and deployment of predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to enhance security measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
