• Turnkey IT Project Management (Budgeting, defining specifications for hardware & software and overseeing System implementation ranging from Passive/ Active Networks to hotel application deployment) for all CarlsonRezidor projects since 2001 across Middle East and Africa.
• Responsible for Human Resources Development (IT).
• 1st and 2nd level support to Hotel IT Managers across the region on key hotel applications.

• License management and hardware / software standardization.
• Responsible to provide Management consultancy to senior management on IT related issues.
• 1st Level support to Hotel Operations for Hardware/OS / Hotel Applications.
• User Training, Systems installation & upgrades.
• Implemented operational routines for backups, Setup Standard Operating Procedures and ensured that corporate policies were adhered to.
• 1Ps level support to Hotel operations for Hardware, OS and Hotel Applications
• Developed New Systems as required by Management for improving efficiency of operations and computerize manual procedures where applicable using existing technologies (Informix).
• Responsible for all EDP Operations
• Implemented basic operational procedures like Backup Strategy, Contingency Planning, and developed new applications to augment existing Hotel Applications.
• Development Projects included designing and implementing Accounts Receivables, Payroll System (Defined Specifications for In-house Programmers)
