Source for candidates as per the Clients’ requirements through the approved job portals such as LinkedIn.
TALENT ACQUISITION
Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals within the healthcare industry such as Physicians, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and other non-healthcare positions as required by our clients from the Government and Private sector in the UAE.
Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract passive job seekers and delivering client requirements.
Research on the external market and how it may influence Recruitment strategies; and candidate mapping as needed.
Post job advertisement accurately within specified timeframes, through proper channels such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, Naukrigulf, Monstergulf, Gulftalent, Gulfnews jobs, other social or professional networking sites and other ATS such as Bullhorn.
Subject matter expert in regards to healthcare professional licensing (HAAD, DHA & MOH) and workforce status. Initiate HAAD license New Registration, Transfer or Registration of candidates on HAAD system.
Conduct initial telephone and Skype interviews with potential candidates. Arrange client and candidate interviews.
Conduct face to face initial interviews as required or during Recruitment fairs or 1-day recruitment event.
Prepare and negotiates an offer with the candidates.
Collects required documents for CID/Security clearance purposes ( for clients under Government Sector)
Liaise with Philippine recruitment agency for recruitments in the Philippines.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Acts as the focal point of Medical private & semi-government sector clients for all recruitment agreement, recruitment process and client requirements.
Knowledgeable in computing for the client’s rates or quotation as per their requirements.
Experienced with Tenders/RFPs (Commercial and Technical Response).
Follow up on timesheet and invoices.
Update Finance Department on pending invoices or reimbursements required to/by the client.
Work with client companies, build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirement.
Contribute to business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.

Conduct telephone and Skype interviews with potential candidates.
Prepare candidates’ profiles ready for clients/hiring manager’s review.
Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.

Tracking job posting information in a Recruitment Marketing Plan.
Document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures.
Coordinate background and reference checking processes.
Gather all interview feedback.
Drive talent acquisition and coordinate all requisition and staffing related processes; support onboarding and off-boarding processes.

Responsible to all issues for recruitment of Nursing and Allied Health candidates for employment at Burjeel Hospital including selection process, interviewing, licensing (HAAD/DHA), visa application and onboarding. Coordinated the recruitment process with different departments involved and maintained all candidate information up to date to ensure the timely and accurate joining. Completed all administrative issues related to labour approval and employment visa, healthcare professional licensing, as well as the HR issues for the hospital.

Participated in the Recruitment Plan for areas of responsibility including evaluation, sourcing and selection of appropriate recruitment methods to ensure the recruitment of highly skilled and qualified staff.
Responsible for screening, testing and evaluating open positions of nurses and technicians throughout Burjeel Hospital.
Instrumental in the lead and pursuit of Burjeel Hospital diversity goals especially as they relate to Talent Acquisition and staff planning and recruitment.
Arranged appointments for interviews with agencies/candidates and heads of departments, when required.
Prepared formal offer letters to the candidate and collect documents required for HAAD license and visa application
Organized all necessary documents for HAAD license application, whether it is for New Registration, Transfer, Re-registration and License Renewal. Regular follow ups were made to the Licensing department to ensure that the license application was on track and has no pending issues.
Presented weekly updated manpower pipeline and clarified inquiries from the Head of Nursing Department, Head of Finance Department and Human Resources department if necessary.
Liaised with facility departments regarding recruitment related issues, e.g. immigration, HAAD licensing, housing, finance, employee health, transport and relevant heads of departments.
Participated in cross-functional teams and committees as appropriate.
Prepared formal documentation for incoming candidates e.g. contract, entry permits, mobilization tickets.
Prepared progress reports for Employees Visas and License Applications.
Prepared and processed new joiner’s reports.
Prepared documentation pertaining to nurse recruitment.
Liaised with international recruiters if required to expedite the processing of candidates files after verification with Head of Department.
Assisted in reviewing candidates’ applications from recruitment agencies and directing applicants to Head of Departments for evaluation.
