By collaborating with sales and marketing teams, I ensure alignment with customer needs and enhance user insights.
In Onboarding, I maintain a robust pipeline across all stages, update processes for Mid-Market & Enterprise Accounts, and collaborate with various teams to meet customer expectations throughout the journey. I supervise product improvement projects, including feature requests and integrations with partners such as Careem, Talabat, Deliveroo, and others, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing product quality.
