As an Onboarding & Customer Success Manager for IoT projects, I facilitate seamless project launches and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. As a Customer Success Manager, I lead the CS team in achieving CSM goals, driving account expansion, and increasing customer lifetime value through tailored offers and effective playbook implementation. I manage churn, enhance retention, and optimize onboarding processes with in-app guidance, while analyzing feedback to improve user experience. By collaborating with sales and marketing teams, I ensure alignment with customer needs and enhance user insights.
In Onboarding, I maintain a robust pipeline across all stages, update processes for Mid-Market & Enterprise Accounts, and collaborate with various teams to meet customer expectations throughout the journey. I supervise product improvement projects, including feature requests and integrations with partners such as Careem, Talabat, Deliveroo, and others, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing product quality.
