Managing the Exhibitors’ profile, portal and correspondences. Overseeing the requests of exhibitors and liaising the information to the concerned department to guarantee required services was provided. Ensuring effective and efficient dissemination of information by communicating via emails and phone calls. Handling complaints/queries and liaise with the organizing team and other parties.

• Providing assistance to the Senior Manager with day-to-day operations of the department.
• Ensuring efficient administration of technical information provided to our Client
• Assessing Risks/Submissions for Quotation Issuance, ensuring all necessary information has been provided to deliver the required insurance requirements to the Client.
• Day-to-day Departments Operation: Ensuring all submissions/ inquiries are attended to within the turn-around-time set by the Company. Monitoring issuance of Policy/Insurance documents and ensuring timely delivery to the Client/stakeholders.
• Preparing Reports to Underwriting Management, i.e. Hit Ratio Reports, Turn-around-Time Reports, Renewal Ratio, Treaty Statistics, and others as deemed required. Supporting and working with the Head of the Department along with the Senior Managers on attaining the Underwriting Departments target written premium.
• Managing/Arranging Facultative Reinsurance Support directly with Reinsurance Company or Reinsurance Brokers, making sure that the reinsurance requirement per risk is fulfilled.

Screen and prepare insurance quotations for review and approval of Senior Underwriting Manager.
