• Office & Pantry supplies are maintained at an adequate level and equipment is kept in good operating order.
• Updating Daily Attendance to keep an accurate record of the work hours and absences of employees.
• Coordinates with the accounts department with regards to payroll payment and final settlements.
• Prepare regular & temporary employees compensation monthly.
• Coordinate with employees regarding their payroll issues or complaints to ensure prompt and effective support and resolution.
• Prepare employees monthly pay slip and distribution.
• Prepare Retirement packages and administer retirement process.
• Calculation of End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and Gratuity.
