Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up production; calibrate test equipments and fixture to ensure its functionality.
Performing all production duties such as parts supply request, receiving, storage, cycle count inventory, testing sub-assembly modules and visual inspection activities to identify defects and ensure good quality build in products.
Conducting variety of electrical and electronic testing procedure in accordance with Honeywell ISO 9000 Quality and Safety Standards for 4 sub-assembly modules such as Very High Frequency (VHF) Transmitter, Very High Frequency (VHF) Receiver, Power Supply/Central Processing Unit (PS/CPU) and I/O CCA which is used in assembling VHF Digital Radio (VDR), VHF Data Link (VDL), VHF Data Link with GPS (VDL-G) and (Navigation Communication) NAVCOM.
Verifying or ensuring that all necessary production documents and calibration test data report is according to Work Instructions and should meet on customer’s requirement specifications.
Coordinating with Manufacturing Engineers and Sustaining Engineers in resolving production related issues.
Work with Supervisor in meeting production goals and objectives.
Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Circuit Cut Assembly failures.
Other task includes SAP data entry transactions such as creating Work Orders and Quality Notification, update WIP aging status report, Stock Inventory, Kaizen ideas, following production safety standards and housekeeping.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Performing RF and Microwave calibration and testing for Outdoor Units (Microwave Networks, Nokia Siemens, Motorola, NERA Telecommunications, SAGEM, HARRIS STRATEX, Huawei, Cielo, GDC, Trango, ZTE, Alcoma, CERAGON Networks) and its sub modules using RF production test equipment such as Multimeter, Power Meter, Power Supply, Spectrum Analyzer, Scalar Network Analyzer, RF Signal Generator and ATE assisted machines.
Ensuring all units being tested meet the required specifications and standards set by Automated Test Specifications (ATS) and Work Instructions.
Conducting final ATE tests on units to evaluate the performance and determine the needs for adjustment to ensure functionality and reliability of the prototype or product model.
Analyzes and verifies test data failures and prepares technical report for engineering and management use.
Mastery of units being assigned, its components, schematic diagrams, process flow and set-up equipment, calibration procedure, preventive maintenance procedure, connector care and other company related policies and trainings.

Advance Task:
Performing advance troubleshooting on malfunctioning units to examine and locate defects such as loose connections, lifted trace, broken wires, or burned-out components, using schematic diagrams and radio frequency equipments.
Remove and repair circuits, wiring, and defective components such as conductors, resistors, semiconductors, and integrated circuits using soldering irons and correct hand tools to install parts, replace and adjust connections.
