Adnan Saffarini Office Client: Realtors Real Estate Project Description: Project P139 comprises the execution and completion of the Commercial & Office Building in Al Amir Road, Qatar. The building contains 2 basement levels primarily containing parking facilities, services areas, etc., and a ground floor, 2 upper floors & roof. The scope includes the total base build works, interior finishes, complete electromechanical works/building services, specialist systems such as vertical transportation- lifts, external works, signage, impact protection system, external services such as plumbing and drainage- foul and surface water, irrigation system. Main responsibilities include:
•Responsible for QAQC monthly report submission.
•Prepares Prequalification, Material Submittals, ITPs & Method Statement
•Review and prepares Test Results Submittals.
•Conduct preliminary inspection in my area of responsibility & discipline, and ensure that all works are correctly prepared before any inspection to be undertaken with the Client's representative inspectors.

Client: Public Works Authority / ASHGHAL Project Description: Al Muntazah Interchange Project includes approximately 8 km of new dual carriageway on Abu Hamour Road from East Industrial Interchange to Woqod Interchange, and approximately 2 km of dual carriageway on F-Ring Road from Woqod Interchange to Al Jazeera Interchange. The works include highways and highway structures, construction of four Interchanges containing underpasses, underpasses bridge structures, and flyovers, potable water supply systems, Irrigation distribution systems, wastewater systems, pumping stations, surface and ground water drainage systems, electricity networks, Substations, telecommunications network, microtunnel, street signs, and traffic signals. Main responsibilities include:
•Conduct preliminary inspection in my area of responsibility & discipline, and ensure that all works are correctly prepared before any inspection to be undertaken with the Client's representative inspectors.
•Ensure that Quality Management Systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with the defined quality standards.
•Liaise with the client representative regarding project quality matters
•Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance and stop any non-conforming works from proceeding without rectification.

•Ensure that all site personnel including sub-contractors follow the quality assurance system and assist in the training of site personnel in the QA/QC system.

•Works also includes a review the preparation of ITPs and Method Statements as per the government Standards and project specifications
