NESTLE - FMCG, DUBAI \nSTOREKEEPER - Nov 08 to till date \nResponsibilities - \n• Technical Stores Management coordinates with the Technical Buyer regarding the Zero Stock and Below Minimum Stock Materials of Nido and Kit Kat. \n• To organize all Technical and Non-technical Materials received from Suppliers. \n• Effectively manage Internal and External customers relationship \n• Coordinate with the Technical Buyer for assurance of on time delivery of Materials. \n• Ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are met with regards to Target Efficiency \n• Receiving and Issuance of Materials and Spare Parts, Inventory. \n• Maintain Supplier file Documentation regarding Delivery Notes \n• Ensure Perfect documentation of all Technical Stores transactions (Receiving and Issuance) \n• Implement the Storage Bin Location together with Barcode System \n• Control the Stock and ensure a good service level of the Technical Stores, assist the Technical Buyer in sending PO's (Purchase Orders) \n• Monitor and control critical Spare Parts Issuance against Work Orders \n• Maintain day-to-day updates for Critical and Fast Moving Materials and coordinates with Technical Buyer \n• Set up and maintain the Technical Stores updated with Inventory Records. \n• Maintain the Technical Stores at the highest standards of Cleanliness. \n• Ensure that the Technical Stores Operation comply with Safety Standards of the Company
UNILEVER, DUBAI \nOPERATOR TECHNICIAN - May 07 to Sept 08 \nResponsibilities - \n• Receiving and Inventory Accuracy of Raw Materials \n• Adheres strictly to the First In First Out Policy \n• Record and Monitor all Transaction in SAP \n• Blending of Good Quality of Tea in accordance to the Company Standard \n• Supervise 10 Contractors per Shift \n• Ensure that the Good Manufacturing and Warehouse Practices are implemented. \n• Maintain Highest Quality Standards, ensure safe working practices and complies with the Safety Procedures of the Company. \n• Overall responsibility for the Safe Storage and Handling of all the Materials. \n• Forklift Operation
NESTLE - FMCG, PHILIPPINES \nWAREHOUSE CLERK - July 01 to May 07 \nResponsibilities - \n• Ensure Perfect Documentation of all Warehouse Transactions from Receiving, Issuance and Dispatching of Finished Goods. \n• Receiving of Raw and Packaging Materials from Third Party Logistics with proper documentation against PO. \n• Issues Raw and Packaging Materials to Production against Store Requisition. \n• Makes sure that only products released by the QA Lab are issued. \n• Adheres strictly to First In First Out policy regarding raw and packaging materials as well as finished goods. \n• Assures efficient truck loading and unloading that comply to Company Safety Standards. \n• Ensure that the Warehouse Operations comply with Safety Standards. \n• Ensure Good Warehouse Practices. \n• Responsible for monitoring Stocks, Recording transactions and Coordinating the Inventory in line with the Inventory Policy of the Company. \n• Segregates damaged goods for immediate use in accordance with QA. \n• Forklift Operation when needed. \n• Responsible for Work Schedules of the Warehouse Team.
