Jan 2009 - Nov 2009 - In charge of Civil and structural works “Tourcoing SEBI”, Construction of 6 buildings Low-energy Passive house sustainable development standard and 153 apartments using the internally developed INOVPAC procedure (using a maximum of finished products or prefabricated elements, projects are designed more accurately and completed to meet low-energy standard specification).
April 2008 - Jan 2009 - In charge of internal and external trades, “Tourcoing BEAULIEU”, construction of 88 accommodation units using the INOVPAC procedure, 46 apartments and 42 houses, operation in line with H & E recognized standards, (certification to recognise the preservation of the environment throughout the life cycle housing).
Nov 2007 - Jan 2008 - In charge of Internal and technical trades, “Arras Val de Scarpe”, construction of 2 buildings and 71 apartments
