 Prepares Schematic Drawings of Video Wall System, Audio Visual System, Access Control System, and CCTV System for shop drawing submission.
 Prepares Plan, Elevation, Section, & Installation Details of Video Wall System, Audio Visual System, Access Control System, and CCTV System for shop drawing submission.
 Responsible for ensuring the implementation of Scope of work at site.
 Obtain and assemble data to assure Video Wall System, Audio Visual System, Access Control System, and CCTV System are in accordance with the Requirement of the client.
 Ensure the design compliancy of the Project Technology base on Qatar Building Codes.
 Prepare/Coordinate to subcontractor their manpower schedule.
 Coordinates with other trade contractor to settle site issues.
 Check weekly site accomplishment with sub-contractor.
 Attend weekly site walk with Consultant & Main Contractor.
 Attend weekly technical meeting with the Main Contractor and other Sub-contractor.
 Site oriented for as-built and layout clarification for modification and for working drawings.
 Assisting site engineer for working drawings and designs for actual installation and lay outing.
 Prepares coordination drawings for Access Panels for implementation at site.
 Received all Transmitted document (Document transmittals, review Forms, letters, etc.0
 Maintain and update all status logs for material submittals, method Statements, Inspection Test Report, Material Inspection Report, etc.) And store E-copy (Incoming/outgoing) for later use for technical Furniture, Video wall System, Audio Visual system, Access Control System, CCTV System, and Physical Security System (Gate Barriers, Rising Bollards, Speed gate, & X-ray machine).
 Assist in the submission of material submittals, method Statements, Inspection Test Report, Material Inspection Report, etc.) And store E-copy (Incoming/outgoing) for later use for technical Furniture, Video wall System, Audio Visual system, Access Control System, CCTV System, and Physical Security System (Gate Barriers, Rising Bollards, Speed gate, & X-ray machine).
 Arrange gate pass in ISF camp (Meetings, Material Inspection, etc.)
 Manage and supervise in receiving all materials to be stored at site material storage facilities in ISF Camp
 Weekly checking of all Video Wall, Technical furniture, AV, ACS Equipment materials at Site Storage facilities in ISF Camp.
 Ensures all delivered materials at site material storage facilities in ISF Camp is matching with the packing list provided by the supplier.
 Ensure Site Material Storage Facility is according to the minimum requirement of the Equipment’s.
 Assigned to take new tasks from time to time as needed arises.

Doha North Sewerage Treatment Facilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Receive all submitted shop drawings (Architectural, CIvil, MEP) from the Main Contractor (Package 4) and forward to each respective trade Engineer for Review.
 Store electronic files (drawings) for historical reference and later use.
 Modify Existing drawings as instructed by the engineer.
 Ensures compliance of drafting according to project standards.
 Maintain and prepares weekly site progress report of pipe installed at site for weekly meeting.
 Review and check Pipe Line Profile for any clash at site.
 Prepares proposed drawings as per the coordination of site engineers.

Project Assignment: Belhasa Miscellaneous Fit-Out & Water Feature Projects
(Through OMNIX Intl. LLC)
 Prepares Schematic Drawing of Pool Design/Water Features Equipment's as per the instruction of Design Engineer.
 Develop Layouts, Drawings, and design according to information provided by respective Design Manager.
 Ensure that all drawings are in accordance to the design intent, specification and verified with the site actual condition.
 Incorporate comments made by the Consultants in the shop drawings for final coordination with Production Team.
 Resolved any site related issues among the Engineer’s in order to avoid abortive works
 Responsible for the preparation of As-Built Drawing.

Project Assignment: Obayashi Corporation - Dubai Metro Train Project
(Through OMNIX Intl. LLC)
 Coordinates with the Engineer for any technical revisions in the Electro-mechanical Shop Drawings as per the submitted and approved shop drawings.
 Assist the Engineer in Developing As-Built Drawings such as comparison of Approved Shop Drawings against the Actual Installation in Site.
