Review detail design reports, design drawings/schematics related to infrastructure, BOQ,
specification from consultant/vendors.
* Undertake value engineering during both pre and post tender for Higher Management
review.
* Monitor and control various MEP and infrastructure projects (JVC, JVT, Al Furjan, Discovery
Garden, The Gardens, The View Villas, Badra & Veneto, Jumeirah Island, Jumeirah Park,
International City and Nad Al Sheba).
* NOC clearance review and ensure local authority compliance.
* Assist management to manage MEP relevant budgets to improve savings by applying value
engineering approach. Periodic review & Prepare of vendors contract and technical
evaluation.
Supervise/Manage all MEP and infrastructure projects assigned: Jumeirah Village Circle,
Jumeirah Village Triangle and Al Furjan.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports.
* Schedule Plan Preventive Maintenance in all Projects.
Engineering Rotation positon allowing to experience in several different positions in the field of
Sewerage, Vacuum, lakes, Irrigation Pumping Station and MEP.
Irrigation, Sewage, Lagoon Pumping Station and Network (International City Dubai Project).
Direct Supervision, operates, maintains and inspects water distribution facilities such as
pumping stations for sewerage and irrigation plants and reservoir. Prepares Billing report and
accomplishment reports.
