Job Responsibilities:
● Perform site inspection and approval of Electrical installations on construction sites.
● Review and approve the material submittals.
● Promulgates technical specifications and reviews quantity procedures.
● Attends coordination meetings with the site management teams and conducts progress
meetings with contractors.
● Attends pre-commissioning/ commissioning works until completed and approved.
● Supervised on-site installation in coordination with other trades.
● Reporting to the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues.
● Making sure the project is completed safely, to high-quality standards, and on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conducts Inspection in any electrical installation & execution.
• Review & approved the material submittal and review specification for product selection.
• Checking of delivered materials at site and assuring that there was no damage materials and
equipment upon delivery.
• Supervise the contractor during handing over of a certain projects.
• Monitors and updates project activities.
• Reviews contractor works and monitors their performance in Mega project comprising Medical Center such as: Oncology, Ambulatory Care Center, Diagnostic & Treatment, Intensive Care Unit and Pediatrics; Academic Building, Administration Building and Research Building; Utilities Zone comprising Kitchen & Laundry, Central Utilities Plant (chillers), Sewage Treatment Plant, CUP Powerhouse, Medical Powerhouse & Water Tanks, all facilities connected by underground Tunnel having the services and a motorized cart system for transporting clean and soiled goods.
• Reviews contractor works and monitors their performance in Mega project (NEOM) comprising such as: 4 Star & 5 Star hotels, Residential complex, Staff/Workers Accommodation, Admin building, Storage building, Gate building, Main Villa, Reception building, Companion building, Security Data Center, Mosque, Data Center, Tennis Court; Utilities Zone comprising Kitchen & Laundry, Central Utilities Plant (chillers), Main Powerhouse, Primary Substations, Secondary substations, Package Substations, STP, R.O PLANT, Irrigation
tank, Fuel Tank, Bulk Storage, Domestic Water Tank and all facilities connected by underground utilities installation .
• Conducts site visit during construction.
• Review and approved shop drawings, coordination drawings & asbuilt drawings.
• Review and approved method of statement.
• Attend pre-commissioning / commissioning works until it will be successfully completed & approved.
• To ensure all test forms and procedures are done completely as per method of statement.
• To approve all test results and reports.
• Prepares snag list.
• Attends and witnessed factory acceptance test for electrical equipment.

Prepares design lay out for (lighting, power & low current system) based on architectural layout and plans.
Prepare design layout for power system as per mechanical layout and plans.
Prepare the design as per design criterion requested by the client.
Prepare panel board schedules and single line riser diagram for power system.
Prepare busbar riser diagram for high rise building project.
Prepare riser diagram for low current system such as; ( IP tel/data/TV/CCTV system, fire alarm system, nurse
call system, public address system, clock system, car management system & security system).
Prepare and submit calculations for (voltage drops, short circuit calculations for ( voltage drops, short circuit
calculations and calculation by illumination for lightings as per the requirements of the ministry for a certain
government projects).
Prepares preliminary and detailed sketches & directs draftsman to prepare final proposed drawings.
