2.1 CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING COOPERATION \{CSCEC\}, ABU DHABI.
Supervision of daily work at construction site with over 50 work force and ensuring accomplishment of daily task and maintain safety compliance in assigned activities with focus on subordinates for zero injuries and report all near misses and Hazards.
•Liaise relevant departments for the revalidation and high Risks activities, follow and implement safe system of work at site.
•Interface with relevant department with issues regarding permit approval and issuance and follow up throughout the day’s job as Job Performer/supervisor (JP).
•Ensuring that rules as applicable in HSE are strictly maintained by conducting Toolbox Talk TBT and attending Task Risk Assessment TRA.
•Ensuring daily tasks are completed and feedback given to project supervisor and plan for the next day activities and observing the unsafe activities & Conduct on job training.
In-charge of material issuance and keep track record of all issued materials.
•Take care of all stored materials and prepare inventory and material request for different department.
•Keep and supervise Daily housekeeping and clean store and warehouse.
•Acts as the focal point for all civil work activities at the terminal office
•Monitor all work activities and submit daily progress report.
•Maintain strict compliance to Client`s HSE procedures
•Ensure servicing of equipment are up-to date and in compliance.
•Maintain a safe work environment
•Coordinate Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.
•Implement Client / Management decisions on site.
•Plan and organize daily work activities
•Ensure proper permits are in place prior to start of work.
•Responsible person for implementation of emergency response plan
•Inspect site conditions to determine if hazards are present and to establish procedures and
•policies to overcome those hazardous situation.
•Inspecting ongoing work, ensuring adherence to state and local codes, of the project.
•Arranging for necessary equipment’s and materials to be used for construction work.
