Safety:-
• Enforcing the Standards and procedures to comply the client requirement.
• Conducting regular discussions, safety meetings and reports
• HSE Trainings to different level employees
• Site HSE Monitoring, Observation
• HSE Weekly, Monthly and Closeout reports
• Permits and Notification procedures.
• Site Safety and environmental assessment/Inspection
• Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
• Emergency equipment inspections.
• Accident/Incident/Property damage investigation
• Review, understand, and follow employer’s procedures before employees entering permit-required confined spaces.
• Accident investigation, root cause analysis and report writing.
• Maintaining accident records and providing corrective action training.
• Daily inspection for unsafe machines, tools, materials, or equipment and identified by tagging or locking the controls to render them inoperable, or they should be physically removed from the place of operation for employees Safety.
• Regular required safety inspection in all allotted work areas.
• Implementation of UCEP- Unsafe condition elimination program
• HSE Gap analysis, HSE recommendations.
• Identify and inform all employees about potential hazards present in the workplace by a written hazard communication program and training.
• Daily Safety inspection for fall hazards such as unprotected floor openings/edges, shafts, skylights, stairwells, and roof openings/edges etc.
• Proper communication with all Safety, Environmental, Pest Management, Pollution Prevention and Industrial hygiene groups.
• Accident prevention, safety briefing and PPE training to all employees
• Coordinate Spill Response team activities.
Environment:-
• Environmental Monitoring (Air, water, soil and noise) and Analysis Environmental Surveillance and Reporting Environmental Incidents
• Preparation of Environmental Management Plan and Mitigation Measures; Preparation of Sustainability Report,
• To conduct Environment Health, and Safety Studies and with special reference to ISO standards.
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• HSE Gap analysis, HSE recommendations.
• To carry-out field investigations that includes Environmental Safety Inspections.
• Identification of Hazardous waste and Environmental impacts from the site and facility.
• Identification of water pollution and management.
• Soil pollution and management.
• Management of Hazardous waste manifest and follow-up.
• Development of Environmental site safety policy, procedures, and manual.
• Works with environmental, health and safety advisory committees to promote and provide safety expertise and in the development and presentation of Environmental safety training materials.
• Conducts program assessments to identify department program deficiencies.
• Preparation of Legal Compliances of Environmental Laws and Liaisoning with Government Authorities
• Preparation and Submission of Scoping Report and ToR as per the EPA and Industrial Guidelines

• Documenting, implementing/revising, maintaining and continually improving the QHSE Management system in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Assuring all processes are monitored and measured for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety performance using appropriate measures of Performance
• Measuring and monitoring the key environmental parameters for continually improving the Environmental Management System Conducting Review meetings & IMS internal audits on regular basis
• Targeting and monitoring QHSE Objectives of various departments on periodic basis.
• Updating of QHSE Manual, QHSE System Procedure, Statutory & Regulatory
BBS:
• Administration of the Behavior Based Safety process and coordinating development of new tools and procedures to meet process objectives and to assess the effectiveness of the BBS process of supporting HSE System and contractors.
• Conducting Site BBS Assessment, Observation and onsite Education/ Training.
• Site BBS Observation and Assessment for PTW, JSA, ERAP, Hot works, and working at height, Electrical precautions, Hygiene and Hydration, Waste management, Environmental precautions etc.
• Site BBS Field Survey, Media Coaching and Feedback training.
• Facilitates the development and implementation of appropriate recognition and incentive programs related to HSE performance throughout the company.
• Ensuring that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
To conduct Health, Safety and Environment Studies and with special reference to ISO standards, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), HSE Gap analysis, HSE recommendations.
To carry-out field investigations that include Safety Inspections, Identification of Hazardous and Environmental impacts from the site and facility, Identification of water pollution and management, soil pollution, environmental management, waste management.
Air Quality monitoring with help of Air Quality Monitoring Mobile Lab.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety/Environmental inspections.
Conduct regular drills to be operationally ready and train departments on basic rules and Safety precautions.
Manage company Safety program, HSE plan inspection and audits, Safety meetings, Hazards awareness, Hazard abatement, accident investigation and reporting
Accompanies local Fire chief and Kuwait fire inspectors during their inspections and providing appropriate corrective actions if any.
Issue and monitoring hot work permits, confined space entry permits etc.
Identify unsafe acts and conditions, determine corrective action and implement corrective action to avoid reoccurrence.
Periodical inspection of life safety equipments and its standard.
Coordinate accident investigations to include root cause analysis, reporting, documenting and completion of formal reporting.
Job Safety analysis, record keeping, training, inspections, reporting & investigation and program review.
Conducting monthly Safety committee meetings.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules of planned audit and inspections
Assist in implementing an “Accept Only Zero” culture through effective use of the Risk and Hazard Assessments, training and inspections.
Execute program elements to ensure all employees are motivated and trained in Environmental, Safety and Health Regulations and Policies.
New hire Safety Orientation and training.
Conducting regular discussions and safety meetings about a new job or task, or a job or task that has changed, and to amend the written procedures and provide additional training, if required.
