Receiving/Handling of Purchase, dispatching the goods,
preparing delivery note and handling communication between
Freight companies and warehouse customers.
* Coordinate with the Purchase Dept. regarding the purchase
received like the quantity, damages, items description and
Invoices.
* Verification of Data Entry for Purchase as per the Goods
Received Note.
* Coordinate with salesman regarding the purchase return to
suppliers, change bill and sales return.
* Doing the Stock taking/Inventory of Stocks in the warehouse.
* Responsible for the creation and verification of Packing List
for Customers and Freight Forwarders.
* Preparing Monthly Report and needed data for Managers.
* Securing, filling and manage all necessary documentation.
* Preparing Local Purchase Order for warehouse materials.

 Working with the operation team regarding the customer contracts.
 Sends reports on the Team Performance, Shipment Status and Data Quality of our process.
 Identify & communicate process improvement opportunities
 Work with the Key Account Manager(s) and Program Manager(s) on strategic issues and further client developments
 Manage cargo/information/documentation flow according to customers’ programs and the established KPIs.
 Handle all enquiries related to the client; interacting with the highest degree of professionalism, customer service, and good attitude.
 Understand and monitor MODS updates to ensure successful EDI transmission to clients based on agreed programs.
 Carrier management issues liaison with client  Data capturing and reporting out of various systems into MyDamco
 Handles calls with the shipper to discuss process issues and improvement
 Serves as the focal person for Indonesia, India and Thailand bookings Process Expert Operations Team - Ultralogistik Global Ocean Control Tower (Unilever)
 Handles booking to carrier and made sure all tasks being done on time
 Sent shipping instructions, Releasing of Bill of Lading and sending of Pre-Alert to Consignee.

 Handles the creation of Shipping Order, Container stuffing, FCR and Bill of Lading using MODS system.

 Manages about 40 people in anoperations
 Prepares and checks quality of all the materials for all the scheduled operations.
 Cleans, sanitizes and prepares the machine/s and surrounding area before operations in accordance with standard cleaning and start-up procedures.
 Operates the machine/s in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
 Performs On-line QC and checks in process / finished product specifications on the required frequency to ensure good quality products.
 Conducts daily inventory of raw, packaging, cleaning materials, consumables, and finished goods depending on machine being operated.
 Accomplishes and signs production reports (forms and logbooks) and inventory reports.
 Reports all matters affecting machine operation and product quality to Production Supervisor or Production Maintenance Supervisor.
 Ensures machines are properly shutdown and materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
 Ensures that all machine parts / accessories and tools are in placed / secured and machines are turned off before leaving the area.
