• Select and Interview candidates for all available positions
• Preparation of master documents of employee information in both soft and hard version as per legal and statutory rules.

• Coordination with ERP implementation team for developing a perfect HRMS for Azent.
• Ensure timely enrolment, remittance of statutory payments & salary pay out through WPS.
• Streamline payroll process in coordination with finance department.
• Ensure getting timely updates from all departments and report top management regularly.
• Prepare and Submit reports on activities daily & weekly basis.

• Provide basic training/induction to employees on conditions of employment, salary and other benefits and ensure completion of joining formalities for new recruits.
• Organize Employee engagement activities to keep the team bonding strong.
• Deal with inspections conducted by various government departments and clients.
• Timely submission of statutory like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional tax etc. returns and renewal of various licenses.
• Examine and resolve the disputes and grievances of employees.
• Provide workforce by sourcing in required locations.
• Liaison with local labor and other governing bodies at regular intervals for smooth operations.
• Maintain personal files and associated confidential documents of all employees.
• Manage and Improve essential facilities at Office and Sites

• Manage Camp arranged for Staffs at various locations.
Advise air terminal about traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.
•Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
•Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required, according to work orders or specifications.
•Monitor personnel, equipment locations & utilization to coordinate service schedules.
•Schedule, dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, needs, using radios or telephones.
•Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors, using telephones or two-way radios.
•Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
