- Attends to errands assigned including, tickets, shopping, food products, deliveries and packages.
- Anticipates guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests upon arrival; maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Offering signature services of St. Regis standards especially upon check in.
