• Analyzing the impact of project wide delays on the firms scope using Primavera P6.
• Monitoring the progress of cost and scheduling tasks to ensure project expectations relating to schedule, budget and scope are met.
• Using earned value analysis to monitor project activities and forecast completion costs based on trends, productivity, change management, schedule impacts and material cost variance. In addition to establishing differences in initial estimate and final project costs.

• Monitoring the official communication with client, selecting the documentation that affects OHL Arabia and preparing with the responsible for each matter response to the official letters.
• Meetings with project management and client representatives (DB International).

• Preliminary Planning Schedule for tender using Primavera P6: detailed CPM programme establishing
key milestones and completion dates for the various sections of the Contract.
• Logical succession of procurement, manufacturing and installation, testing and commissioning
activities from the commencement of the Project until Taking-Over by the Employer.
• Programme consistent with requirements stated in tender document: prime document, drawings,
specifications and bill of quantities.
• Manpower histogram according to the programme.

• Planning and scheduling on site of the "SIDRA Medical and Research Centre" in Doha (Qatar) using software Primavera P6.
• Baseline Time Programme, preparation and monitoring. Resources loaded. Biweekly updates. Real progress control and “S” curves.
• Reports and presentations to high level of project and construction management.

• CETIEB. A European innovative Project within the Seventh Research Framework Programme. “Cost-Effective tools for better Indoor environment in retrofitted energy-efficient Buildings”.
- Information compilation concerning recommendations and regulations about air quality.
- Participation in the international kick-off meeting.

• OLIN. R&D study of the quality and treatment of materials in improved graded surfaces and embankments for the construction of sustainable linear projects.
- Preparation of technical documents for the dissemination and promotion of the Project.
