Recruited and trained category managers and ensured the Hygiene and Quality department was well managed.

Visited stores regularly, conducted SWOT analysis, and developed strategies to improve P&L lines across all income streams,
including rebates, gross margin, opening fees, payment terms, and marketing.
Worked as the Head Manager in charge of a bakery-pastry production center, which comprised 7 laboratories producing French
bread, Arabic bread, donuts, pastry cream, pastry dry, Arabic pastry, and viennoiseries.
With a team of 45 employees, supplied all 20 hypermarkets and supermarkets, ensuring the highest standards of quality and
freshness in our baked goods.
