Demand Planning/ Forecasting
• Collaborate with sales team and vendors to forecast demand for more than 600 SKUs.
• Forecasting demand for promotions along with sales team, considering supplier ATL/BTL budgets, competitor activities and obsolescence of existing stocks.
• Attending principal meets to review market demand, trade deals, promotion and cannibalization.
Supply Planning/ Inventory Management
• Plan monthly replenishment considering agreed stock days, seasonality and supply constraints to ensure on shelf availability.
• Monitoring Stock status on the daily basis in order to effectively manage working capital. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, trade-marketing, finance, logistics and clearing agents to ensure availability of stocks.
• Monitoring satellite warehouse inventory on a weekly basis by ensuring on-time delivery of correct stocks to locations.
• Handling consignment documentation on a daily basis to ensure timely clearing of containers.
• Accounted for returnable containers, demurrages and managed claims and disputes.
• Liaise with the clearance team to get the products registered and lab tested by the Municipality.
• Preparing monthly/weekly reports for the CEO/Senior Management on SAP/Excel to closely monitor forecast accuracy, ageing, near expiry and excess stocks
• Reporting on a weekly basis, the performance of NPD’s (new products), highlighting any major deviation of sales from agreed forecast.
• Conducting daily inventory and reconciliation of different lines or category of products using SAP Business Management Software. (Consumer, Fine Fair, Arabian Oasis, Al-Watania and Food Service Division)
• In-charge in planning and conducting interim and year end physical inventory count
• Prepare short expiry report for all agencies and sending it to the CEO and BDM as a basis for the MBR meeting.
• Preparing the Stock roll forward report and give it to the auditor.
• Prepare the CBM (cubic meter) report for all the Agencies, as the basis of storage cost charged to respective agencies/affiliates.
• In charge of correcting the batch/expiry dates in the system as per the actual expiry dates of the item.
• In charge in monitoring the expired items in the system and circulating to all store in charge for immediate action.
• In charge in monitoring and makes follow up for all the stocks which are lying in transit.
• In charge in monitoring and checking the stock ageing.
• In charge in transferring short expiry stocks from normal to short expiry location.
• Knowledgeable in processing Credit notes.
• Knowledgeable in processing write off.
Job Description: • Data entry ( Accounting documents i.e., invoices, receipts and inventory lists)
• Ensure that these documents are well-kept and properly filed for easy retrieval.
• Preparation and distribution of payroll to concerned staff. Attending to any queries regarding payroll matters.
