Site in-charge for execution, installation and inspection of mechanical and plumbing works.These works includes, prior to start the work, Safety toolbox meeting to ensure proper working activities conforms to Safety Rules and Regulation. Proper Manpower allocation to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly target for billing. For execution, determining exact location, elevation and level of pipings to be installed. Supervised works at site to to make sure every work is as per the Client and main contractor's specification. Installation is strictly monitored especially on Equipment such as Fan coil units, split type evaporator and condenser, air handling units, cooling tunnels and towers, water heaters, and many others in the Central Utility Plant Area. Office works for preparation and approval of Inspection and Test Plan and Method Statements for numerous MEP Projects and responsible for Quantity Surveying (QS) for taking off materials to be used as per tender drawing Bill of Quantities. Raised Request for Information (RFI) for any clarification with the materials and equipment specification. Coordinated with the Main contractor for any site issues regarding changes, modification and rerouting of piping (as built installation). Direct reporting to Construction Manager for any service conflict and to decide which is the priority for installation. Coordinated to Civil/Survey team for the level marking site orientation. Prepared Look Ahead program to oversee Concrete Pouring Schedule and to forecast Consultant Inspection. Follow up material purchase to avoid delay on site. Enhanced Interpersonal relations to workers for best working environment regardless of race.

In-charged for MEP services for the construction of Princess Noura University, King Saud University and Taif Correctional Facilities. Worked on Ducting, Plumbing and Firefighting pipes including Riser. Worked from sleeving of pipes for services penetrating on block walls and dry walls and 300 mm thick slabs to piping on high ceiling levels with or without false ceilings. Layout of fire fighting wall, pendant and upright sprinklers as per approved room layout. Responsible for storm drainage pipe installation on external area using Electro-fusion welding for High Density Polyethylene Pipes sizes up to 24" diameter.
