Scope of Work: •Weekly coordination meeting with Design team and Hotel Operator representative ensuring that construction as per Manadarin Hotel requirements and Mockup produced on site and approved by the client/Operator.

Attend to all delay related issues from main contractor, such as meeting with sub-contractors, review man power requirements and procurement issues. Chair Weekly Progress meeting for the Project with main contractor and all his sub-contractors to ensure all critical items are addressed.
•Review and present short term weekly/bi-weekly and daily production programme ensuring its meets targets. Coordinate with Planning and Procurement to schedule material delivery on time.. Participate, review tenders and contracts for main contractor and sub-contract agreements.
•Ensure effective mobilization and implementation of the systems, materials and equipment and time delivery. Preform technical evaluation on bids from main contractor for works submitted as design and build.
•Review and critique budgets, Bills of Quantities and all financial aspects of the project to ensure final budget is not exceeded.
•Review and approve payment certificate for the main contractor. Manage the Project Management Company (Turner International) to ensure adherence to time and cost of the whole project.
•Review tender submissions of various packages and ensure full adherence to corporate Governance policies of MP.
•Review EOT claims by the main contractor for various packages and ensure full adherence to FIDIC regulations and present to the Board for approvals.
•Assist in the Development and implementation of the department annual business and operating plans, KPI’s and budget
•Present to the Board new contracts in excess of $200 million US new package. Regular meetings with cost consultant (RLB) and phase cost consultant (AECOM/Gleeds) to ensure estimates and reporting are within allocated budget.
