Currently I am working in Tarin kowt military camp where I oversee all the operations that include food
safety and any other relevant assistance that is necessary for the location. I have introduced a FSMS
system based on ISO 22000 and awaiting accreditation in 3 months' time. Around 200000 meals are
normally served within the facility in a month.
There is a Class one ware house holding food stock worth 60days and a water ware house holding
80days stock of water. As a QA assistant manager I have managed to maintain a clean bill without any
food related problems
DUTIES
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets
• Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality
• Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes
• Ensuring that all QA tests are carried out on time and in full
• Delivering presentations and audience of manager level within the business
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance
• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience
• Keeping quality documentation up to date
• Making sure that all QA records, data and information are available to managers
• Arranging the repair of any QA/related equipment that is malfunctioning
