Joined the company as Asst. Credit Controller and moved to the position of Bank Accountant & Accountant.
Operations Analyst role carried the following responsibilities.
• Profitability of projects
• Correct estimates are in place to secure new projects.
• Review of ongoing project and red flag issue to take corrective actions,
• Red flag margin erosion.
• Monthly and quarterly forecasting of Project Revenue for the business.
• Analysis of Revenue from planned and actual and providing the bridge for same to the management.
• Review of projects to maintain or improve the estimated margins by finding better alternative on cost saving.
• Reporting to management on backlog and fore log revenues.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth flow of process in project management.
• Liaising with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policy while selecting vendors for future business.
• Initiating the process of vendor registration management.
• Procuring materials for projects and negotiation with vendor on payment terms based on the project cash cycle.
