• Managing and leading Camusat Field O & M operations activities for Eaton towers Portfolios which includes over 800 Towers cell sites.
• Leading and overseeing a field team work force of over 100 Technicians, Support Engineers and Regional Managers.
• Ensuring Contractual performance power availability up-time KP I's and SLA's are achieved monthly by analyzing outages causes, carry out outages reconciliation and performing outages exclusions sign offs with Customer.
• Attending Customer weekly and monthly performance review meetings.
• Managing and advising customer on power installations projects for upgrade requirements on the Towers including Generators, Rectifiers, Battery banks and Hybrid systems.
• Developing power installations Scope of works and technical documentations.
• Managing power systems and set up on all Eaton towers cell sites for all collocating operators’ equipment which include Airtel, Africell, Vodafone, MTN & Smile.
• Supporting the field team with technical skills and knowledge of capacity building.
• Overseeing day-to-day field O & M activities/ processes which include routine generators servicing, fueling activities, spares Management and field resource mapping/deployment.
• Responsible for daily/weekly and monthly reporting to our customer.

• Managing Towerco infra services, operations management and service delivery assurance for all collocating telecommunication operators on Eaton sites.
• Leading O & M power contractor’s to ensure agreed contractual KPI’s of power availability to all sites are meeting.

• Supporting technical O & M power upgrading projects.
• Responsible for controlling and planning Opex/Capex infrastructure requirements, including battery banks, DC power plants, generators and fuel.

• Managing and tracking daily repeated outages, ensuring all external power alarms are working on all sites.

• Working with competence and experience in handling telecommunication passive Managed services for NSN- Airtel Uganda including power systems, hybrids and generators operation/ maintenance on the Network infrastructure.
• Managing and liaising with all sub-contracting groups/service providers for maintaining the network infrastructures both passive and active MS activities, as per SLA agreement and KPI’s.

• Managing and conducting routine maintenance for all switch power equipments, switch room air conditioners, UPS, AVR and earthing systems.
• Monitoring power site loads and advice on necessary upgrades if required.
• Submission of weekly progress reports on network power availability KPI’s to the customer (Airtel).
• Coordinating New power projects including installations of hybrids, DC rectifier systems for power sharing loads and solar power systems for opex saving on the network.
• Carry out routine sites visits to ensure MS passive SOW compliance by the different subcontracting groups which includes both passive and Active managed services.
