• Analyse and define the overall scope of the project (PPP project) of 19 steel bridges construction on the
rivers in the departmental road belt of Cameroon with the project owner (Regional Council of Centre).
• Categories the bridges length(10m, 15m, 25m, 30m, 35m) and determine their different locations, logistic
and procurement requirement with the contractors.
• Prepare work evaluation meeting with all the stakeholders.
• Guiding the contractors to prepare their bids, analyzing them based on different construction
parameters for approval before final submission for project maturation.

• Coordinate, control and supervise the daily distribution of the fuel in all the mission machineries.
• Prepare the monthly productivity report based on the daily work performed by each machinery.
• Analyse and optimize the productivity of each machinery by comparing consumption to actual work
performed. Perform daily fuel stock management, technical control of fuel specification before each
reception and preparing invoice for new stock acquisition.

As a site coordinator at ATB my role and responsibilities were but not limited to:
• Coordinate, control and supervise all the projects access ladders, stairs, maintenance platforms, and metal
framework, derrick & gantry erections, basically all metallic structures installations.
• Procurement follows up, inspection and prepares validation certificates for the clients.
• Project control coordination for pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and scheduling.
• Prepare drawing, tools, manpower, lifting equipments and supervise entire trash rack grills system, stop
logs, wheel gates, and winches erection from embedded fix parts to commissioning.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of a mini central of 5MW running through a horizontal Kaplan
turbine.
• Prepare drawing, tools, welders, fitters, welding procedures, lifting equipments and supervise all onsite
workshop fabrications. Then organize inspection and final dimensions controls with the quality QA/QC
teams for validation.

• Planning, scheduling, analysis and reporting for clients with integration of procurement, and
construction.
• Proactively assess progress and completion forecasts, daily monitoring of site activities, critical and near
critical path work, providing solutions to mitigate schedule delays and optimize project completion.
• Project control coordination for pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and scheduling.
• Preparing documentation and agreed planning schedule during dispute and claim.
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports, weekly inspection schedule, look ahead, and lean planning.

• Planning, organizing, executing, leading and controlling, mechanical, welding and construction work.
• Construction planning schedule development, analysis and reporting for the project with the
integration of engineering, procurement.
• Risk analysis and assessment for the overall project and erection site activities.
• Preparation of monthly cost report to support project manager project budget control.

As a professional mechanical my role and responsibility at Eneo were but not limited
• To differentiate the data of the commissioning and our data after the exploration of the generators.
• Generator, separator, high pressure air compressor and their auxiliaries maintenances which is mainly
based on predictive and curatives maintenance.
• Conduct the vibration analysis of the generator based on that to prevent the future problem which might
occur, inspection, diagnostic and maintenance of oil separator EPC 50 and EPC 60.
• Schedule for equipments preventive and curative maintenances.
• Budgeting, evaluating maintenance costs and evaluating required time for them.

a mechanical engineer SABC my roles and responsibilities were
• Change brewers hoses and valves of the silos and fluids storages. Maintain the brewery cell chain systems.
• Classifying and performing general equipment inventory in the warehouse. Work on the brewer:
repairing the leakage on francel regulator.
