- Perform review and redline of the zoning and construction drawings to verify compliance with the zoning code and design requirements.
- Meeting with zoning staff to review the initial site design and the specific zoning requirements and permit process for each site.
- Conduct a pre-hearing meeting to review the zoning hearing exhibits and anticipated testimony from the client, RF engineer, Site Acquisition, and any expert witnesses.
- Prepare zoning application, justification letter and related zoning application exhibits, and obtain zoning fee check.
