• Disaster Recovery Process Implementation and Testing: on top of CS4 then CS5 and a real failover was performed over test SDPs
• Subscribers Credit Migration: Credit was transformed from units to dollars.
• Online Data Migration: Data Subscribers were migrated from an offline charging solution to online charging.
• Assisting in ensuring charges have been properly and accurately loaded or calculated, and invoiced
• Build an understanding of service-level KPIs and regularly make sure they are met
• Work collaboratively with the rates/operations team to ensure rate are configured correctly
Customer Support:
• Providing solutions to specific customers complaints arising from complicated situations and for which customer care were not able to answer
• Assisting customer care teams and customers in building service and solution understanding to maximize service utilization
