Manage as Document Controller Lead in EXPO 2020 (60020 Thematic Districts Main Contractor (Sustainability, Opportunity, Mobility, Falcon Pavilion, Truck Tunnel, Parcel A, B, C & G), 71101 Assisted Pavilion Fit-Out Contractor & 70934 ZOC Fit-Out Contractor) and supervise 6 document controllers using EDMS like Aconex, Dome Connect, Autodesk Vault, SharePoint and using Microsoft Power Query for Excel.
Key Contributions:
• Conducts and assists with the training of users, sub-contractors or participants in the project on how to use of web-based applications.
• Develops, maintains and produces progress logs/reports/dashboards from generated data to produce register of documents in order to maintain databases and tracking systems to be updated easily.
• Liaise and offer support to all department heads in reporting on project design performance. Reports directly to the Project Director.
• Responsible in project handover to keep everyone instantly updated as the project progresses.
• Make recommendations to improve Document Control procedures in reference to the management of documentation to establish and continue utilizing efficient methods with efforts of reducing costs.
• Assists in the preparation and submission of correspondences as required. Troubleshooting any problems to do with the document/drawing management system and peripherals.

Accomplish as Senior Document Controller in Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel (Madinat Jumeirah Phase 4) and supervise 3 document controllers using Aconex, 4P View Point Software and Microsoft Excel.
Key Contributions:
• Oversee that all project drawing and documentation are received, checked, accurately recorded, distributed and archived in an efficient and expeditious manner in accordance with agreed Project Procedures and distribution matrix.
• Implements systems for monitoring documentation/communication from both internal & external submissions. Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team.
• Produces logs, transmittals, RFI's, instruction documents and other reports as required.
• Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed. Issue and distribute controlled copies of information in accordance with the design Management Plan.
• Generate reports from Aconex to register documents and maintain databases.
• Provides personal assistance to the Project Management Team as required.

Accomplish as Project Document Controller in Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) and supervise 2 assistant document controllers using Aconex and Livelink online document management system.
Key Contributions:
• Administer the Aconex and Livelink online document management system.
• Ensure that the progress of Project reviews of all technical data is closely monitored and highlight problem areas to Project Management.
• Create and update Project Incoming & Outgoing Log Registry Master List.
• Ensure that all submittal log, correspondence, other non-technical documents and records are distributed and maintained in accordance with PMT procedures.

Achieve as QA/QC Document Controller in Saudi Aramco Total Refinery & Petrochemical Company (SATORP) with the supervision of 1 document controller using my develop program database and design tables, forms, queries and reports using MS Access and Visual Basic for the Welding Control Information Database System.
Key Contributions:
• Input Daily Weld Inspection Log, RTFI Assessment Reports, and review other NDT Check details in the database for the final Welded Joints Summary Report. Filing and archiving of Daily Weld Inspection Log to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date.
• Prepare Weekly Weld Status Reports, Graphs, Welding Rejection Rate, Joint and Linear Basis using MS Excel as mandatory to the client. Generate and respond any welding joints queries as required.
• Develop and monitor the preparation of inspection packages documentation and drawings to ensure all ISO's and key plans are available for the inspection package. ISO Weld Map/Joint Marking and Inspection of welding joints as per Codes and Drawings.
• Review and coordination of NDE and outstanding Inspection. Monitor, records and clearing of QC related punch items. Keep the files and control logs of Measuring and Test Equipment Calibration Status. Maintain updated records of all received drawings/documents/specs and procedures.
• Maintain updated records of all approved QA/QC personnel and organizational chart. Fix JCC cards submittals and ensuring Welder Card/WQTR information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical
documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.
* Receiving, verifying, updating, distributing and quality archiving for drawings, technical report,
specification, tender documents, contract documents, and other project information.
* Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up
to date. Maintains the files and control logs as required by the project.
* Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the
appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
* Responds to queries regarding revision status of issued drawings / documents from engineering /
drafting personnel. Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings is kept updated.
* Scanning, creations of CD’s and file manipulation. Archiving data for historical purposes.
