• Approves loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval, giving them the monthly EMI as well as the tenure of the loans they can avail.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process as well as the time frame it may incur.
• Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Provides Cross selling against customer who has existing accounts either loan, cards or insurance. If they have an existing loan and still within the DBR we offer them credit card with specified limits and vice versa.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services they could avail.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Ask for references who might be interested in availing of the products we have and check if the company is possible to be listed and provide an account opening for salary transfer.
• Evaluate the status of the client as well as the office if the company is a SET UP company or Legit company.
• Review and update credit and loan file.
