Core Duties and Responsibilities
● Performs network management functions.
● Managing over 450 Cisco network devices within 80 countries
● Implemented and maintaining DMVPN Project over 100 sites
● Implemented and maintaining AnyConnect VPN in all region
● Implemented and maintaining Cisco Scansafe Cloud Web Security
● Managing 7 WLCs on all region
● Managing Orion global monitoring for the whole network in all countries
● Managing Steelhead CMC and remote devices across the company
● Managing TACACS+ and RADIUS for AAA policies on all network devices.
● Coordinates network services, technical and maintenance support with outside service providers particularly with our Internet facing systems, must have a strong grasp of network security, appliances, infrastructure and concepts.
● Creates and maintains logical, physical and protocol maps, backups of all equipment configurations parameters and network documentation standards and procedures.
● Meets with vendors to hold product demonstrations and to resolve communication network issues.
● Performs month end processing and provide yearend tasks support.
● Providing structural architecture and practical network design of the whole Region required for the IT Department.
● Providing and keeping network manuals and documentations for the whole company ensuring common standards are being implemented and executed properly
