Senior Nurse Medic - Ambulance Nurse | Occupational Health Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise junior staff and overall operations of the Healthcare Facility & Ambulance services
2. Lead and motivate the healthcare team towards completion of tasks and work responsibilities, as well as monitor staff performance and ensure that the healthcare staff are performing their duties to the level required
3. Provide all aspects of nursing care to employees based on the standards of practice and ethical codes set forth by the DOH (Dep’t of Health Abu Dhabi) and ADNOC Company rules and regulations.
4. Promote employees optimum health and well-being by Identifying, promoting, assisting and educating employees to understand major determinants of health, health risk factors, and encourage strategies to develop a healthy living behavior.
5. Establish and implement health promotion strategies for early detection and screening of diseases, reduce the risk of transmission and utilize the nursing process to promote employees health and well-being.
6. Assist in promoting a working environment that maximizes employee safety through collaborative identification of occupational, environmental and behavioral factors which may compromise health and safety. Support and implement appropriate actions to reduce occupational health risks and hazards, and follow-up on incidents to reduce the likelihood of re-occurrence.
7. Ensures periodic clinic and the ambulance checks to maintain all the necessary equipment’s and supplies necessary during emergencies
8. Attends to Trauma and Medical Emergencies within the company premises and provide Pre-Hospital Care.
9. Maintain an employee data base of all medical records and related documents to facilitate proper documentation, monitoring, review and evaluation of their health status. Ensure patients privacy and confidentiality of treatment and condition.
10. Actively seeks new knowledge and information to ensure ongoing professional development and competency to practice in order to provide quality staff supervision and healthcare services to all employees.
11. Work with the HSE team and lead the healthcare team to achieve its goal of providing quality health services to all employees.
12. Promote and observe the company values, policies and regulations.

Male Nurse (RN) | Occupational Health Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains personal knowledge and skills in order to deliver optimum patient care
2. Stocks and maintains the Ambulance vehicle and its contents in a state of readiness at all times. Maintains documentation of the same
3. Works in hazardous environments to insure safety and stabilization of the patient
4. Documents all patient care, assessments, BLS skills and all service reports in a timely fashion. Documentation shall be legible and accurate
5. Maintains crew vehicles, radios, equipment, supplies and quarters in a state of readiness twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
6. Act at all times in a professional manner and shall be able to handle conflict situations with good judgment
7. Maintains functional awareness of all safety and emergency guidelines/protocols
8. Participates actively in employee awareness and company health education programs
9. Actively participates in all HSE and Occupational Health Activities within the company
1. Plans, implements and evaluates care given to assigned patients in an effective and organized

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive proper handover of patients as appropriate
2. Undertake patients’ basic admission and discharge procedure
3. Deliver high standard of holistic care to medical and geriatric patients
4. Understand and identify patients’ needs and respond appropriately
5. Provides a safe, secure and accepting environment for the patients especially the elderly
6. Utilize the nursing process, devise and evaluate care plans for each patient
7. Assists with patients’ hygiene, elimination, mobility and physical comfort

10. Attend to emergency cases in the absence of physicians and as the situation requires

Emergency Room
1. Conducts primary nursing assessment prior to referral
2. Provides first-aid measures to clients based on the standards of nursing practice
3. Ensures proper referral of patient's to medical staff
4. Utilization of the Triage system in handling patient's
5. Processes and carry-out physician’s orders in a timely manner
6. Transcribes physician’s orders to patient’s medication and nursing care plan records
7. Collaborates with the health care staff to ensure quality and continuity of patient care
8. Provides patient teaching and notifies appropriate patient educator
9. Ensures accurate documentation and privacy of patient care
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating Room/Theatre
1. Responsible for updating operating room equipment
2. Assists in the pre, peri, and post-operative procedures
3. Ensures sterility and availability of OR equipment before and after surgical procedures
4. Maintains sterility of the operative field during surgical procedures
5. Assists in after care procedures
6. Kin observation and accurate documentation of patient care
7. Takes the responsibility of the Instrument nurse when not available
8. Ensures confidentiality of patient care
