• Receiving approved PR's(Purchase Requisitions) & SR’s (Subcontract Requisitions)
• Review all subcontract and purchase request and sending RFQs
• Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers
• Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers
• Compare the quotes technically and check for the end user compliance
• Making the comparison of the quotations received
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for
the company.
• Submitting the comparison to Purchase Manager for negotiation and finalization
• Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier is finalized
• Forwarding the LPO to Purchase Manager for approval
• Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.
• Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received
• Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the suppliers payments.
• Maintaining proper filling of all the PR's and LPOs
• Receiving and updating PR and LPO logs
• Assist Purchase Manager for any ad-hoc work
Handled 3 projects at time which includes SS gas piping distribution system for high purity gases in laboratories, Gas leakage and level monitoring system, pipe and boiler cladding. ect..
Worked in all stages of project from Project Scheduling, Execution, commissioning and testing, Handover,
