Follow subcontractor to ensure that everything is according to drawings and specification
Review schedule of sub-Contractor
Follow up problems and corrective action to solve these
Advise Sub- Contractor to follow Contractor requirement
All mechanical activity (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Boiler and Bop)
Ensure Sub- Contractor follows safety requirements
Attend weekly progress meeting with Engineer, Client and Contractor

Follow up Mechanical and Electrical activity
El-Kurimat Power Station (Combined Cycle 1 X 750 MW)
Ensure sufficient resources available to complete the project delivery through proper activity and resource planning
Critical and non critical piping fabrication and erection
Co-operate with contractor to solve problems
co-ordinate pipe rack fabrication between consulting office and work shop and site for 3 months

Review all activity to be in schedule date
Determine priority for activity
Contact with contractor, owner and consultant
Mobilize CP105
Installation of pipe rack steel structure
Follow up and prioritise erection with fabrication factory
Check all fabricated material, plate and beam to ensure that all fabricated material is in proper condition
Install critical piping and pipe supports
Follow up installation of equipment pumps

All prefabrication, erection and installation of all non critical pipe and supports
Install all critical pipe (large and small) supports to four boilers with pipe rack
Install small-bore line for unit 3 and 4
Install all access required for all valve of more than 14 frame
Follow up and control Supervisors and workers activity
Monitor supply materials
Inspection for fabrication
Follow up welding
Prepare weekly report Progress
Demobilization for CP118
