1. Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, training, and development.
2. Manage and maintain the HR budget including payroll costs, overtime, training,
engagement, and headcount forecasting.
3. Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including creating job specifications,
interviewing, extending and negotiating offers, and onboarding.
4. Manage payroll, timekeeping, and overtime to track hours and accurately pay employees.
5. Resolve staff issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
6. Monitor labor laws and regulations compliance to protect employers from litigations and employees from discrimination and harassment.
7. Handle sensitive employee and company information with complete discretion.
8. Organize training and development workshops for new and existing staff.
9. Address employee requirements regarding performance issues and career growth.
10. Manage HRIS, maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.
11. Handle government relations and portals (QIWA, GOSI, MUDAD, TAQAT, MUQEEM), etc.
12. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, e.g., holidays and farewell parties.
1. Represent Nesma in saffaniyah project with Saudi Aramco.
In charge of Saudization and Schedule S to ensure meeting Aramco requirements.
2. Manage employee relations in the project and coordinate with HO when required.
3. Onboard new joiners and prepare them with essential information and sources.
4. Process internal employee requests through HRIS (vacations, letters, resignations), etc.
5. Prepare and share HR activity reports with Management.
6. Supervise and execute Saudi manpower development plans and training.
7. Responsible for Saudi manpower housing and ensuring complaints are resolved.
8. Monitor Saudi manpower attendance and analyze the reasons to avoid them in the future.
9. Ensure regulations and policies are implemented and investigate violations.
1. Support department supervisor with responsibility for the overall management of administration activities, especially the HR section.
2. Assist the department supervisor in managing the admin team to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
3. Delegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability, and review.
4. Assist in controlling expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
5. Provide administrative support to our entire department.
1. Perform administrative tasks across a range of HR areas.
2. Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests from employees or management.
3. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers and contracts.
4. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and improve employee retention strategies.
5. Maintain secure and accurate records of staff-related data such as payroll, turnover rates, and leaves in the database.
6. Process requests of letters for staff including confirmation of employment; visa applications, confirmation of address/residence, and medical certificate requests.
7. Act as a liaison between the Admin department and other employees
8. Liaise with medical insurance providers to register new staff and leavers.
9. Manage government portals, e.g., QIWA, GOSI, MUQEEM, TAQAT, MOL, etc.
10. Monitor Saudization and manage employee residence permits and employment transfers.
