- Sell automotive vehicles to businesses in order to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
- Achieve assigned sales target and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types.
- Compile list of prospective customers in order to be used as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, requests for proposals, industry ads, trade shows, internet web sites, business directories, personal contacts, customer’s database, etc. Convert prospects to customers.
- Visit and receive customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle sales, explain features to customers, determine make, type, quality and quantity of vehicles desired; convert prospects to buyers.
- Keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles.
- Cross sell optional equipment and accessories to customers.
- Compute sales price, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.
- Prepare quotations and sales contracts, and coordinate delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure efficient vehicle reservation management in order to maintain consistent business flow.
- Maintain prospective customer database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the Service department to identify vehicles of fleet owners which are due for change and replacement.
- Prepare reports on business transactions, customer feedback, market conditions and competition and submit to management.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
Support daily management of department duties.
Carry out duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.).
Review and update SOPs and metrics as required.
Follow up and solve process-related area issues as required.
Assign work to staff as required to support the workflow and daily metrics.
Manage customer service escalations and interface with driver and customer where necessary.
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Arranging for warranty recovered parts shipping to respective destination.
Respond to manufacturers overseas for their inquiries, giving directions and providing comprehensive support.
Assist the Data Collection team in agencies research.
Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.
Organize and support meetings, teleconferences and other events.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the Managers.
Perform related duties as assigned by Senior Managers.
Support in preparing KOC, KGOC Tenders.
Design and generate forms and reports when required.
Assist team members with date entry.
Providing comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to staff and management.
Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other schedules.
Handle accounts dept. in the absence of our accountant.
Conduct surveys over various fields of business activities.
