- Develop and manage digital transformation project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify and assess the potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation projects, and develop strategies to mitigate and address them.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial targets are met.
- Evaluate the success of digital transformation projects, identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
Identifying and prioritizing the new features & functions for the BALADY applications to meet the needs and increase the MOMRA clients.
Prepare the BRS document and product backlog for the current & new applications to build on the PEGA platform.
Cooperate with the BA team and the development team in the Agile framework.
- Analyze the current system which is based on (Oracle 10g) for the MM-GIS services.
- Apply process improvement and reengineering to identify and plan the improvement phase.
- Prepare the BRD & SRS Document including (AS IS, TO BE, functional & non-functional requirements, use cases, workflows, and application architecture diagram) for the development phase.
- Prepare the MM services analysis plan, and prioritize the requirements for the new GIS mapping tools.
• Identify IT project requirements, define specifications, determine the scope, and document results.
• Balance business needs and manages expectations against new technology implementation limitations.
• Ensuring that all work is properly scoped, planned, and costed.
• Writing up high-quality reports.
• Follow-up of contract and invoices of (technical support services, Internet services provider, licenses
& suppliers) and to sure all technical services are working in high performance.
• Assist departments and sections to prepare projects documents (SRS), (RFP), (RFI) & (RFQ).
• Coordinate activities/meetings with internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare the agendas of the Board meetings in coordination with the Secretary General of the Complex.
• Issuing executive instructions to the department in mid departments and units and follow up their implementation.
• Coordinate the dates of meetings of the committees emanating from the Board of Directors and coordinating with the heads of the members of these committees to prepare their minutes and present their recommendations and decisions to the Council.
• Administrative supervision of the secretarial works in the complex, follow up reports, KPIs reports, public relations parts, and business functions issues.
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
• Assists in a variety of department operations; perform special projects and assignments as requested.
• Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, and conferences, takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings
• Reviews reports, files and other documents for the purpose of ensuring accuracy, completeness and conformance to Nestle procedures.
• Contacting the suppliers & follow up with brokers for shipments.
• Responsible for the support of high-level executives, management and entire departments.
• Provides administrative support and leads a variety of tasks, including the schedule, writing correspondence, e-mail, and dealing with visitors, directing callers, and answer the questions and requests.
• Check that all types of equipment are functioning correctly.
• Carry out operation & monitoring of BACS as per operation manual & given schedule.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement the given schedule for lightings from riyassh throw lighting section.
• Operate equipment accordingly and in case of fault/breakdown or emergency.
• Fill the log sheets, forms, and report findings.
• In charge of planning & scheduling for maintenance and operation works in phase-I.
• Follow-up maintenance works and materials.
• Supervise the maintenance schedules of long and short-term by standard work instructions for all equipment.
• Issue preventive work on (infor) system & print follow-up reports.
• Hold regular meeting with maintenance & operations to discuses backlog works & unite shutdown works.
