Management of Bid’s qualification process and opportunities identification.
Assignment of qualified opportunities, and strategical management of the active Bidding pipeline.
Direct and oversee the bid management team (Bid Coordinators and Bid Specialists) during the Bid process.
Devise successful strategy for bid’s winning and design a professional work agenda to the Bid Committees.
Revise documents quality generated by the Bid Committee members (Bid and Presales) prior to submission.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Handle and resolve the stucking and Red-Flag concerns raised in escalations prior to submission.
Monitor and report on overall performance against department KPI’s.
Drive Bid Management process improvement and team skills.
Manage deliverables preparations related to new business opportunities with Sales team.
* Facilitating the proposal development process from start to end.
* Oversee the creation of Presales documentations for potential customers.
* Produce the tendering plan & establish the BID team to execute the plans.
* Understanding the RFP and deciding timelines & responsibilities.
* Give guidance with business and marketing development.
* Provide insight and analyses of forthcoming opportunities.
* Assess the required information and coordinate the response material from all involved parties (including sub-contractors and joint partners).
• Key User and Administrator for all NSN SW tools in my region.

• Give all required trainings on the tools & data management for my end users in the region.
• Responsible to monitor & enhance the customer KPI’s in my region by analyzing the process flow, give instructions and guidance to the users and suggest technical processes to be adapted.
• Run, analyze & process reports from our NSN SW operation tools on periodic timing and send global reports to the responsible.
• Troubleshoot all kind of SW problems & obstacles that faces my end users in the region during the usage of any of the SW tools.
• Instruct & guide the regional Project Managers based on the Global instructions we receive from the high SWS Operation Management.
• Administrate and manage the Engineers activities & tasks for all GSM network elements: IN Charging, Core Circuit, Core Packet, Transmission, GPRS, OMC, SPOTs and Net-Viewer.
• Managing the Maintenance and customer service related topics.
• Evaluate the GSM network performance.
• Follow-up the Project Implementation plans.

# ( Pre-Graduate Experience ) Mar 1996– Aug 1996 : Six Months Field-Training (Pre-graduate Univ. Course) • Training in SMS Computer Co. in Amman-Jordan. Our training was in the Maintenance department and mainly concentrated on the HP PC’s, Printers and Plotters. We got a huge experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting HP products especially for the Printers (DeskJet, LaserJet and Office Jet). • Training in Oil Pipeline Company in Cairo-Egypt. Our training was in the Computer Department and mainly concentrated on the Pipes and Valves life control under mainframe machines, in addition to the graphical designs and SQL procedures design. Sep1996–Aug1997 : Al-Najjar Training Center Maintenance Engineer, Computer Courses Lecturer • PC’s Assembling and maintenance for the center and the customers. • Software installations and troubleshooting. • Teaching computer courses like the MS-Office and Windows. • Updating the syllabus of the courses. # ( Projects and Researches ) • First B.A. Project: “Design 8086 Based Micro-Computer to Control Plant”. In addition to the circuit hardware design, I prepare also the Micro-computer operating system and the process control software. • Second B.A. Project: “Design Alarm System For Establishment using PC”. The Alarm-system consists of: (Fire Detection, temperature control, unauthorized entry detection and indoor monitoring system). I run the project using huge electronics hardware with C++ software program. • Economic Dept. Research: “E-Commerce and E-Government System”. This research includes studying the department environment (LAN, Database …etc) and outputting the standard requirements that would give out the proper project phases which are going to be applied.
