Responsibilities:
• Coordination of full maintenance (both electrical and mechanical) of the factory along with Factory Engineer.
• Preparing preventive maintenance for different section of factory in every month.
• Supervision of installation and mechanical repair including overhauling of any machinery and routine maintenance
• Keeping updated documents and records of all aspects activities and disseminate best practice in order to promote learning, sharing views and continual improvement..
• Maintain and prepare daily breakdown report, utilities report and liaison with suppliers to purchase and negotiate for all spare parts of machineries.
• Ensure required maintenance for power station and HT line as per schedule and coordinate liaison with BPDB and PGCB offices
• Present production meeting and quality meeting.
• Mechanical drawing and drafting and lead all projects of factory.
Academic Project:
* Designed and implemented a computer-controlled Butterfly Valve for a wind turbine, situated at the Mechanical Engineering Fluid Mechanics Laboratory.
* Completed thesis project on Analysis of Central Air Conditioning System.
Professional Project:
• Modification of Dryer Fan System to increase Heat transfer which increase energy Efficiency 20% and decrease carbon emission 20%
• Modification of Household building Scrubber system.
