• Preparation of ITPs as per client specification/ data sheet & Aramco standards.
• Material inspection as per Aramco / ASME / API standards.
• PQR, Various Preparation of WPS, Kind of Procedures. \[Like NDT/Heat Treatment\].
• Monitoring Welder Performance Qualification Continuity and Re-Qualifying Welders.
• Verify fabrication activities as per approved drawing.
• Verify NDT activities (PT, MT, RT, UT, TOFD, PAUT, PMI, Ferrite, Hardness, Leak test & Hydro test.
• Responsible for Supervision and Co-Ordination of All Fabrication, NDT & post fabrication Activities.
• Ensure Compliance on All Stage /Final inspection Requirements as per the Approved QAP/ Plan and Inspection Check List / Drawing / Procedures
• Timely recall of instruments for re-calibration of instruments.
• Co-ordination with AIS and AI.
• Verifying and discuss the job oriented codes \[Like ASME, API & Aramco Standards\].
