-Managing Financial Operations: This includes overseeing financial activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, as well as managing cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management
-Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting by preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to senior management. This may include preparing reports for regulators, stakeholders, and shareholders.
- Prepares financial reports and coordinates the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and provide financial analysis and ratios
-Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting future financial trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
-Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas where costs can be reduced. This may involve evaluating financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Implementing and maintaining internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and managing a team of finance professionals, including providing guidance and support, evaluating performance, and fostering professional development.

- Supervises and coordinates the work of Junior-level accounting staff;
- Prepares financial reports and coordinates the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and provide financial analysis and ratios
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts, project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Preparing all necessary financial reports for senior managers
- Handling Audit, (internal & external) .

-Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
-purchasing, selling, and the operating cycle follow up
-Formulate pricing policies and ensure pricing is correct and update on each and every item
-Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
- Receivable Collection team follow up
-Responsible for managing a retail staff within a business
-supervision and controlling to the store department and maintain updated inventories
- Prepare journal entries
- General ledger operations
- Periodic closings and preparation of financial statements
-monthly tax disclosure preparation(VAT)
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Assist with payroll administration
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
