Review Contractors proposed site organization; Planners CV’s and report to
the Engineering/Construction Manager.
Review and approve / comment on the Design schedules as submitted by the
Contractor and ensure the Design Schedule is in compliance with the overall
project schedule.
Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules as submitted
by the Contractor and ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance
and coordinated with current construction schedules.
Review and continuously monitor, against approved project management
baselines, the Contractor’s major construction progress and ensure
equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to
Engineering/Construction Manager.
Review in detail the recovery schedules/action plans as submitted by the
Contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are allocated
properly.
Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site
is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones have been met
and report deficiencies to Construction Manager.
Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by Contractor and
report to Construction Manager any deficiency or non-compliance.
Review EOT claim (delay analysis) as submitted by Contractor and report his
assessment to Construction Manager.
Review field design changes and Trend Notices and assess time impact, if
any.
Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and
corrective actions to be taken.
Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and
participate in preparing the agenda.
Assist Engineer/Construction Managers during preparation of Monthly
Progress reports and Monthly Executive Presentations.
Reviews the commissioning plans as submitted by Contractor and ensure its
compliance with the approved construction schedule.
Participate with PMC staff in reviewing the Close Out Reports as submitted
by Contractors.
Identify the potential risks (RISK REGISTER) & ensure the implementation of
RISK MANAGEMENT according to the PMI Standards & ADNOC standard
procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing the overall progress of all under construction & under design projects in complete coordination with Consultants and End-users.
• Preparation of department’s Yearly budget.
• Assist in manage department projects with compliance to PMI standards including the nine knowledge areas and throughout the five process groups.
• Monitoring the KPIs for the different stages of projects and Property management department’s functions.
• Identifying and reporting potential critical Risks to Department head ensuring proper control for the progress.
• Progress analysis and productivity reporting, including histograms, S-curves and progress reports
• Provide input to the department’s budget based cost estimate of new projects through verify and endorse payment certificates and monitor and analyze the projects budget utilization.
• Review & analysis of EOT & Cost claims contractual claims from Contractor.
• Liaison with the Consultant, contractors and suppliers ensuring proper progress at site.
• Providing Vital assistance to department‘s manager in project management domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising the execution of the project carrying out all activities in accordance with the contract requirement, quality plans, and appropriate inspection /testing plans, ensuring that all the resource such as manpower machinery equipment and materials are effectively utilized, monitoring & controlling all activities of personal including subcontractors at the project sites in line with project program and schedule.
• Being very familiar with Primavera (V 3 & 3.1), prepare Master schedule of the works identifying project activities in coordination with engineering,
procurement, construction and commissioning departments.
• Monitor the progress of project on regular basis through updating the schedule.
• Preparation of method statements in line with the contract specifications.
• Ensure time & cost control of the project.
• Coordination with MEP engineers for the complex services like (Cold stores,
