Responsibilities
VISUAL AND INSTORE DISPLAYS.
• To guide and show the sales staff right of merchandising, visual used in accordance with the season, branding and departmental layouts.
• Optimize floor space based on product availability, storylines and product sell-off.
• Ensuring departmental décor is correctly displayed.
MERCHANDISING AND STORE STANDARDS
• Ascertain stock is properly displayed and maintained,
• Plan and implementation of moves within a department.
SALES:
• To monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales.
• Analyzing positive and negative growth store wise.
• Monitoring the stock on floor as per demand.
• Activating timely promotions and events.
• Ensuring availability of stocks at any given point of time.
SSTOCK REPLENISHMENT:
• To ensure Auto SRN'S are strictly in compliance with the actual sales Of the previous day.
• Merchandise replenishment from warehouse to ensure optimum Stocks in dept.
• Timely consolidation of stocks across the territory as per the concept Norms.
• To revise the slow & non-moving items as per the price revision mix.
• To liaise with warehouse manager on stock related queries and requirements.
• Stores and warehouse visits as per the territory travel schedule.
AGEING STOCKS:
• To analyze ageing reports in terms of supplier, brand and category wise.
• To ensure that desired level of inventory is maintained across each stores.
• Merchandise inspection for quality control and report for any defects.
• Clearance of soiled and damaged merchandise as per concept norms.
• Stocks pull out from warehouse and other locations during event.
FEEDBACK:
• Regular feedback to the retail and buying team about the new arrivals Customer demand, product movement, quality and other aspects.
• Feedback on the Groups Sub group showing negative and positive growth store wise.
• Snaps of new arrivals displayed and any promotional activity held for the growth of dept. to be sent.
