They are responsible for promoting and selling ready-mix concrete products to customers, including contractors, builders, construction companies, and other relevant businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and prospecting for new customers. This involves cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's ready mix concrete products and services. Be able to articulate the benefits and advantages of the products to customers, highlighting how they meet their specific construction needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Knowledge of ready mix concrete products and construction processes is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
