• Trouble shooting of MLE Classic & Mini Link TN Equipment such as NPU (NPU 1B, NPU 1C, NPU 3B, NPU 3C, NPU 2 & NPU 8X2), MMUs (MMU 4X2, MMU 8X2, MMU 2B, MMU 2C, MMU 2D, MMU 2E, MMU 2F & MMU2H) and LTUs (LTU 155e/o, LTU 155e, LTU 16/1 & LTU 16/2) involved in upgrading the latest and safer software version that accepted with customer.
• Implement and Commission IPRAN/VLAN on Mobily Project by Using Ericsson Ethernet Termination Unit (ETU) & NPU Cards.
• Upgradion of Latest release of Software for Traffic Node..
• Performed BER Testing for Transmission.
• Experienced in Implementation of Second Carrier in 3G (Node B).
• Support the NodeB implementation Team from technical perspective
• Assess, troubleshoot & support the Node B installation, Testing, Commissioning, Integration, Reconfiguration Hardware and O&M Scripts and upgrade latest Packages for Node B.
• Perform Software and Physical Upgrading of Node-B.
• Testing and confirmation of E1/VLAN with integrator RNC regarding site preparation .
• Responsible CBU flash card restoration/Reformate of hanging and corrupted Node B. O&M and HW script loading.
• Replacement of faulty hardware modules of 2G/3G Nodes RBS.
• Responsible reconfiguring of 3G Node and 2G RBS.
• Performed RBS O&M task testing hardware performance, Made repairs on equipment working, responded to the trouble ticket and network outages.
• Performed RUG/RUS/ DTRU/DRU/TRU upgrade and downgrade of 2G Cabinets as per network requirement.

•Commissioned SOM Client Machine for Ericsson Transmission Node visibility.
•Managed Visiblity/Integration of Traffic Node Hierarchy on SOM Server through IP Addressing Scheme.

Transmission System

•Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting of IP Based Traffic Node (2P, 6P, 20P etc).
•Commissioning of Transmission Equipments Mini Link E Traffic node and Mini Link High Capacity System.
•Responsible for Transmission via Microwave or VSAT.
•Strong command in Minilink Craft TN.
•Traffic Routings and Channel Allocation according to Transmission MUX Plan.
•Verifying and Testing Tributary for E1 on ADM and BSC.

•Call Test for newly integrated sites using Field Tester Mobile.
•Sound Knowledge of Ericsson’s Operation & Maintenance Terminal (OMT) versions.
•Quality Inspection for the Installation of BTS Sites.
•Commissioning and Integration of Expansion/Band Conversion sites.
•Conduct Pre PAT/PAT of Radio Base Station Sites with Customer.

•Operation & Maintenance of the components of Broadcasting Earth station of the channel.
•Operation & Maintenance of Encoders, Modulators, IRDs, HPA and redundant switches etc.
•Operation & Maintenance of Comtech EFdata (C Band, L Band) Modulators.
•Troubleshooting & operations of Core Backbone network of the channel.
•Maintenance of Streaming Servers for Video collection and live broadcasting installed at Lahore & Islamabad stations.
•Operation & Maintenance of Cisco Routers Series (1700 & 2800) used in Fiber and VSAT link between Karachi to Lahore & Karachi to Islamabad Link for Live Programs..
•Successfully proposed, installed and commissioned complete DSNG solution for KU-Band
•Correspondence with satellite operator when & where required.
•Training of newly hired members of Technical & Operation Team for Channel.
